1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaloneNest LLC corporate website (salonenest.org) and each mobile or web application we design, build, and operate, including SaloneNest, MunchFleet, Muje4Biz, and SafeNest / SN4Biz (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Individual Services may publish their own supplementary terms addressing features specific to that product (for example, delivery fees in MunchFleet, or lease agreement mechanics in SaloneNest). Where a conflict exists between this document and a product-specific term, the product-specific term controls for that Service only.

2. Description of Services

SaloneNest LLC is a mobile software company headquartered in Adelphi, Maryland, USA, operating applications across the ECOWAS region of West Africa, including real estate and marketplace commerce, food delivery logistics, business operations tooling, and personal safety applications. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account with any Service. Certain roles within our Services (for example, delivery drivers, property landlords, or verified traders) may require additional eligibility criteria, including identity verification or, where legally required, a police clearance certificate issued by the relevant national authority.

4. Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any device used to access your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may require phone number verification via a one-time code, and, for certain roles, identity document verification, before you can access particular features.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or fail verification requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including false identity documents;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service or its infrastructure;
• Harass, threaten, or endanger another user;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access a Service without our prior written consent;
• Circumvent any payment, verification, or security mechanism within a Service.

6. Additional Terms for Mobile Applications

• Our mobile Applications may request device permissions (camera, photo library, location, notifications) required for specific features; you may decline these permissions, though some features may not function without them.
• Applications distributed through Apple's App Store or Google Play are additionally subject to the applicable platform's own terms of use and licensing rules, which apply alongside these Terms.
• We may release updates to any Application; some updates may be required before you can continue using the Service.

7. Payments & Fees

Certain Services involve payments between users (such as rent, delivery orders, or marketplace purchases) or fees charged by SaloneNest LLC for use of a Service. Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment processors and mobile money providers. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees, taxes, or charges associated with your use of a Service. Cash-based payments (for example, cash on delivery) are handled directly between users and are not guaranteed or insured by SaloneNest LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content that make up the Services — excluding user-submitted content — are owned by SaloneNest LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of a Service, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Service, except where permitted by law.

9. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit to a Service (photos, listings, messages, video). By submitting content, you grant SaloneNest LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites, payment processors, mapping providers, or SMS gateways. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT LISTINGS, ADVERTISEMENTS, OR OTHER USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT ON ANY SERVICE ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS (INCLUDING PROPERTY RENTALS, MARKETPLACE PURCHASES, AND FOOD ORDERS) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES INVOLVED, AND WE ENCOURAGE USERS TO VERIFY DETAILS INDEPENDENTLY BEFORE COMPLETING ANY TRANSACTION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALONENEST LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SALONENEST LLC DIRECTLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaloneNest LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of a Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using a Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 17.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of a Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
